How do you convince people that Ristretto Decaffeinato can match the bold taste of the original Ristretto?
 
Building on the global “perfect reflection” concept, we pushed it further by linking it to symmetry. The idea came to life in interactive mall installations and an online tool where people could test their own symmetry while tasting the coffee. Selected participants were then invited to a professional shoot by renowned Spanish photographer Outumuro, who captured portraits of highly symmetrical faces embodying the balance between the two blends.
 
The result was a cohesive campaign that combined art and technology to show that the decaffeinated version delivers the same richness and intensity, driving both engagement and sales.
