To explore the parallels between automotive and culinary excellence, Mercedes-Benz created the ‘A Taste of the Future’ dining series in partnership with The MICHELIN Guide. This series pairs chefs from MICHELIN-starred restaurants with emerging culinary talent to give Canadians a glimpse into the future of luxury through one-of-a-kind dining experiences.

The magic of A Taste of the Future lies in the creative collaboration between established and emerging chefs. For A Taste of the Future: Vancouver and A Taste of the Future: Montreal, our featured chefs traveled across Canada to deliver unforgettable dining experiences in two different cities, exploring the passion for innovation that’s ever-present throughout the history of Mercedes-Benz.
